This is the highest-leverage role in the program. You're not just running campaigns. You're building the infrastructure that lets hundreds of students run campaigns FOR you.
You'll design the ambassador program, recruit campus leaders, create incentive systems that scale, and turn DevSwarm into a community-driven growth engine. Think Perplexity's Campus Strategist model, but you own the entire system. This role requires strategic thinking, execution velocity, and the ability to inspire students to take ownership.
✓ Design and launch multi-tier campus ambassador program (advocate → champion → leader tiers)
✓ Recruit high-agency students at target universities to become DevSwarm evangelists
✓ Build incentive structures, playbooks, and toolkits that enable ambassadors to succeed
✓ Manage ambassador performance, conduct weekly check-ins, and drive accountability
✓ Create gamification systems and leaderboards that fuel competitive energy
✓ Coordinate national campus campaigns across multiple universities simultaneously
✓ Own ambassador-driven metrics: referrals, activations, retention, cost per acquisition
✓ Scale program from 10 ambassadors to 100+ across top CS programs
✓ Develop recognition systems, rewards, and pathways to leadership roles
✓ Natural community builder who people follow and trust
